Dr. Stephen Conley

Lead Pastor/Elder

Dr. Stephen Conley arrived at Raintree in 2020 as Lead Pastor. Stephen has a passion to preach the Word, establish a culture of discipleship, foster biblical soul care, and point the church to live on Gospel mission. In addition to a Bachelor's and Master of Divinity Degrees, he received a doctorate from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2019. 

Stephen is married to Shannon and they have three children. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys running, reading, watching sports, and spending time with his family.

Del Boatwright

Executive Pastor

Del and his wife Debbie joined Raintree in 2016.  Del recently retired from Honeywell FM&T, where he served as a Security Program Manager. Debbie is a stay at home mom that homeschooled their three children.  Del has a degree in electronics, enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with family.  Debbie enjoys traveling with Del and spending time with their kids and grandkids. 

Brandon Williams

Youth Director

Brandon has a passion to build up and spur on youth through the proclamation of the gospel. He brings in many years of experience teaching youth how to love and pursue Christ. Brandon and his wife Anna have two children. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and watching sports.

Erin Werges

Children's Director

Erin believes in the power of connection, especially when it comes to children and families discovering Christ. Her background in education, with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and a Master's in Educational Technology from the University of Central Missouri, has shaped her approach to teaching since 2010. Alongside her husband Jared and their two children, Erin enjoys hiking, crafting, and creating lasting memories through family games.

Shannon Conley

Assistant Children's Director

Shannon has a passion to help children understand the Gospel more deeply and support parents as they train their children.  She received a Bachelors in Education from Northland University and has additional training in Biblical Counseling. She has experience with both teaching in the classroom and homeschooling her own children.  She is currently a private Dyslexia tutor.  In her free time she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Robin Erisman

Parents' Day Out Director

Robin has been attending Raintree since the beginning. She’s been part of the Parent’s Day Out program since it started in 2006, and has been the director since 2010. While there are so many details that go into organizing Parent’s Day Out, she especially enjoys just being around all the wonderful teachers, children, and their families.

Jessica Chai

Administrative Assistant

Jessica brings a heart for service and a background in administration to her role at Raintree Community Church. She holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and has over 23 years of experience in education and administrative roles.

Having grown up in the Christian faith, Jessica has served as a Sunday school director, teen mom mentor, and youth ministry administrator at her previous church. She and her husband became members of Raintree in October 2025. Jessica believes we are called to love God, love others, and faithfully serve wherever He leads.
